1. PLAN
Planning is crucial in project management. Every evening, write down 4-6 things you need to do the next day. Choose the most important task and start with it. It's best to start your day by completing this key task before you start looking through emails or other materials.

2. TAKE NOTES
Our mind is not a perfect tool for storing information. We often remind ourselves of important tasks at the most inopportune moment. When managing tasks, it is worth writing down important things regularly to avoid problems, e.g. forgetting to call a client.

3. DO ONE THING AT A TIME
Multitasking may seem efficient, but focusing on one task at a time brings better results. Remember situations when you are trying to answer e-mails, talk on the phone and review documents at the same time. Focus on one activity to increase your efficiency.

4. GROUPING OF ACTIONS
In work management, combining similar activities is key. Instead of switching between tasks, group them by type. Reply to all emails at one time and handle phone calls in another time block. Avoid changing tasks frequently, which can lead to distraction.

5. CONCENTRATE
When completing a task, focus solely on it. Don't let thoughts of other things, such as important meetings or phone calls, distract you. If new ideas arise, write them down and return to the task at hand. This method of operation speeds up the completion of work.

6. AVOID TIME WASTERS
Avoid distractions such as the Internet, telephone or conversations with office colleagues while working. Set time slots for when you work and when you can engage in entertainment or meetings. Reduce these disruptions to increase your project management efficiency.
