It is difficult to obtain commitment from employees of non-governmental organizations. One fifth (20%) declare that they are not committed to their duties, and only 14% he enjoys what he does every day. The result is all the more surprising because non-governmental organizations act on their own initiative for the public interest of their choice, and not to make a profit. Right after employees of non-governmental organizations, the list of the least involved included employees of state and local government administration (18%), as well as employees of private companies and state-owned companies (15% each). As a consolation, we can add that the group of people most devoted to their work is among those running a business. Almost every fourth person earning this way (24%) is motivated and looking for new solutions.
