One of the most important functions in the application is efficiency, as we see every day. Efficiency understood not only in technical terms, but also in functional terms. For example, over the last three months, our technical team has accelerated the application by a factor of 10 - a rate beyond which we stopped taking accurate measurements. However, efficiency is sometimes even more than just technology and ease of use.

As a result of the changes and innovations we have introduced to the tool, it is already possible to use the application in such a way as to make certain arrangements in one or more tasks much faster than it can be done using e-mails. Conducting a conversation using TaskBeat is sometimes simply faster, i.e. the time from notification, reading to delivering the response to the other person may be shorter than writing an e-mail.

Of course, the use of TaskBeat does not exclude the use of e-mail, and does not even represent an alternative, i.e. thanks to the tool's current integration with many types of mailboxes, our users have the opportunity to use TaskBeat via e-mail. For me personally, however, it is a kind of curiosity when I catch myself using only TaskBeat, even when I want a quick answer.

In the future, we will definitely invest more attention in developing this type of work, in which it will be possible to use the tool in a way that does not only replace e-mail for many reasons. We will introduce even more improvements, but also product innovations aimed at speeding up everyday work. We want TaskBeat to offer users a better alternative to email for one reason - because it's faster.

Using a tool for making arrangements, reporting progress and working time, which is convenient and quick, means huge savings in time related to work administration. The savings resulting from effective work administration translate directly into how much work employees are able to accomplish each day. Employee performance in terms of the pace of fulfilling duties is, after all, one of the main factors of the company's competitiveness, as well as one of the indicators of the success of our tool.
