Companies from the Masovian Voivodeship are three times more likely to be interested in task-oriented work than companies from other voivodeships. From research conducted by Zagozda sp. z o.o. shows that companies from the Warsaw region and the surrounding area are more than twice as likely to be interested in the benefits of task-oriented work than companies from the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and more than three times more often than companies from the Greater Poland Voivodeship. Overall, the number of companies interested in task-based work increased by 12% from June 2012 to June 2013, year-on-year. Taking into account the observed disproportions between voivodeships, this means a huge increase in the popularity of task-based work in Poland.
The popularity of the task-oriented work mode in the capital and companies located in its vicinity results from the dynamics of projects implemented in the capital and the cooperation of capital companies with partners from other voivodeships. Effective cooperation on the implementation of projects implemented by headquarters in Warsaw very often involves delegating responsibilities and cooperation with branches and suppliers scattered around the country. The need to exercise effective control over the implementation of work and constantly shorten the duration of projects requires the use of modern management tools, but above all, modern work systems that allow for rewarding results to a greater extent than rewarding the physical presence of employees in the office.
