This weekend we introduced another interesting change. From now on, you can respond to task notifications directly using your email program (Outlook, Gmail, BlackBerry, others). The response to the notification will be posted in the comment of the appropriate task, and interested parties will be notified of the changes. This way, if you want to manage projects and still use e-mail, just subscribe to selected tasks and work with your favorite e-mail program as before. Notifications and replies will still be stored safely in a central place, with appropriate permissions, so you can delete notification messages immediately after receiving them and keep your e-mail inbox tidy. The service is available free of charge to all users, it does not require any configuration, no changes to either application settings or e-mail settings.
