We have extended the permissions model so that users with the "employee" role can now only change the tasks to which they are assigned or which they have delegated to other users. In addition, changes made by "employees" now require a comment, thanks to which the system shows justification for changes made by an employee in a project or task. From now on, managers will see justification when the planned completion date changes, or the planned time or cost changes.
