Many of our clients come to us because they think they are unable to implement their own project management tool on their own. However, many people come to us because they think they can complete a similar project on their own. Historically, however, it is known that the replacement value itself is over one and a half and this is a sweet secret that I do not like to boast to customers. It's only a pity when the client comes in angry about cooperation with another supplier, whom he "has to take to court" because the project failed because the supplier "ran out of financial liquidity". My conversation in such a situation is very difficult, although we are known for not cutting off clients due to temporary misunderstandings. It is therefore worth checking how much it costs to independently implement/order project management software versus financial surprises and resolving a dispute with the supplier in court.
