Prices are rising, and over time, inflation also affects services provided electronically. Today marks the anniversary of publishing the first price list, which we really wanted to show. On this occasion, it is worth noting that the prices for access to the service are revised every year due to the increasing costs of administrative service of the service.
However, our clients deserve an explanation of where the increases come from. Administrative costs include falling business administration costs and rising official administration costs. Prices are also agreed upon by (dis)agreement with the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development - the main sponsor of our end clients who use TaskBeat mainly to settle budgets and projects implemented with European funds.
Today, TaskBeat costs over 10 times as much as we estimated in the funding application. However, today TaskBeat serves several times more users, is protected by a number of patents, and is offered with much wider functionality and a completely different clientele than we initially expected. When we designed the service, it was intended for small and medium-sized enterprises, mainly from creative industries. Currently, almost all sales of the service are consumed by entities from the medical sector, which finance access to the service from European and national subsidies.
