Encryption

Communication with the application is encrypted using the TLS protocol. In higher plans, we also encrypt data saved on the server.

Limited access

Developers and consultants have no insight into production data. Every login to the server is logged.

Backups

Regular, automatic backups. Upon confirmed request, we will provide a copy of the selected date.

Compliance (GDPR)

We process and store data in the European Union, in accordance with the GDPR. We support SSO, MFA and audit logs.
